Why only weekend hours?
Both Kylee & Scott have off-farm careers during the week and welcomed a baby in January of this year. Weekend hours keep everything in balance for us during this very busy season. Have a special occasion? Please email us in advance at luckey.lavender@gmail.com to chat. We are unable to accommodate drop-by guests.
How does U-Pick work?
Stop by and see us at the tent upon arrival to the farm. We will explain how to trim the lavender (above the woody stem) and you will purchase a twist tie to make your bundle ($10 each). Whatever fits into that tie is your bundle to take home. When you get home, hang the bundle upside to dry (typically 7-10 days).
What should I bring for U-Pick?
A pair of scissors, a bag or basket to carry your lavender in, sun and bug protection, and water. (We do have a few pairs of scissors to borrow if you forget)
Can I bring my pet?
For the comfort of all our guests, we ask that you leave pets at home. Service animals are always welcome.
Do you offer private classes or tours?
Absolutely. Please email Kylee at luckey.lavender@gmail.com for information on pricing and scheduling.
Do you make any lavender products?
We leave the crafting and creation up to you. We do offer dried bundles, culinary and craft buds, and lavender plants in-season. If you're interested in selling your creations on consignment here, please email Kylee at luckey.lavender@gmail.com.
If you are a food truck vendor, yoga instructor, artist, or crafter that would be interested in collaborating here on the farm, please email Kylee at luckey.lavender@gmail.com.
